Week of June 10, 2019

Dear Parents,

This is our last week of the Nursery school year. It has been a wonderful year for all of us! It has been a privilege and a joy to be a part of your children’s lives, and to watch them learn, blossom, and grow. Thank you for all you do, and for supporting all our work in class! I will remember your thoughtfulness and support!

This week we are taking time to celebrate our accomplishments, review what we have learned, and enjoy each other’s company. We will also celebrate the completion of our Children Around the World project, and your child will be bringing home his/her portfolio. I am so proud of their achievements!

  • If you have not done so already, please be sure to submit the $12 fee by tomorrow in order for your child to participate in the Nursery Celebration. We are presently making purchases for the event. Please let me know what refreshments you are donating for the class party on that day. Thank you! Please remember to refer to the Nursery Celebration letter, which was sent last week, for details about our celebration on June 17th. (The letter is also posted on our Nursery website.)
  • I would like to thank Ms. Calo for facilitating a yoga session with our children last week! I would like to thank Ms. Carano-Ciarapica and Ms. Passos for teaching the children about costume design and fashion, and for organizing a classroom fashion show. The children had such a wonderful time during these visits! It was a fun week! Thank you!

I look forward to seeing you all at the Nursery Celebration on Monday, June 17th! It has truly been a pleasure getting to know all of you!

Ms. Nilsa and I would like to wish you all a happy, healthy summer! May God bless you all!

                                                                                                   With warmest wishes,

                                                                                                    Mrs. Marinelli
