Week of March 23, 2020

Dear Parents and Students,

Good morning! I hope you had a good weekend! This week we will be learning the letter Ww. We will learn about whales and worms, and we will read Where The Wild Things Are. In math we will practice numbers 1-10, and we will play number games. We will also work on springtime art projects as we explore the season of spring!

  1. I’m glad to see you on Class Dojo each day! Please check daily messages on Class Dojo, including an invitation to participate in Nursery meetings on ZOOM! Please click on the Distance Learning Tab to access daily lessons.
  2. Please check your email for an invite to join Epic Digital Library! Your child will have access to online books and videos free!
  3. I want to send a belated thank you to Mr. Gregory for visiting our class before we closed school. He introduced the children to Rossini’s William Tell Overture, and the children dramatized the story sequence! The children loved the activity, and asked to repeat the activity in the days following. Thank you!

I’ll see you on Class Dojo! Have a great week! Ms. Nilsa and I are sending you all our warmest wishes!
